Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups milk


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp condensed milk


  • 1/2 cups paneer(grated)


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1-2 nos pistachio(grated),to taste

Directions

  • In a sauce pan pour 2 cups of milk and heat it until it dilutes and becomes 1 cup of milk.'
  • To the mix add desired sugar and 1 tbsp condensed milk, then stir well ,then add paneer and stir well.
  • When it becomes diluted switch off the flame and spread it to a ghee spreaded plain tray.
  • Level the mix with a teaspoon and allow it to cool ins fridge for 3 hours.
  • After cooled,Garnish it with grated pistachio and cut in desired shapes.Serve it.
